Because I hate seeing people in game be toxic and abusive without being able to help them. I see this very often and most of the time there aren't enough staff on to always come and help. What qualities will you bring to the XenoGaming Staff team? I always try to be as helpful as possible to new and current active players. I always try and talk to people when on because it engages with the community and helps bring back new players. Do you have any past experiences in similar roles? I was the Server Operator/Director on The Nexus Nation about 2/3 years ago. Worked my way up from Mod though admin and senior staff roles quick due to my CS knowledge and management experience in real life.
